Sales & Events Manager

Kelly Schneider is the Sales & Events Manager for The Backstage Event Center, Nicholson’s and The Horse & Barrel. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and has 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Kelly’s enthusiasm, organization, keen eye for detail and creative imagination have earned her a reputation for excellence as an event coordinator. Her passion and dedication will ensure that every event is a success.

When Kelly is not planning or executing an event, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two dogs. She is passionate about creating community and healthy and active living.

Talyah Button

Event Coordinator

Talyah Button is an Event Coordinator at Nicholson’s and The Backstage Event Center, where Talyah helps to create unique events including Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, and Corporate Events.

Talyah is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude. Talyah aids the Events Team in exceeding client expectations, and uses her trademark skills of problem solving, creativity, and flexibility to help create a flawless event every time.

Talyah holds an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Cincinnati State Technical College. In her free time, she enjoys wine and cheese pairings, hiking around Cincinnati with her dog, as well as reading.

Erin Fowler

Event Coordinator

Erin Fowler is an Event Coordinator who works with clients to achieve their ideal experience. After attending the University of Toledo, Erin joined Tavern Restaurant Group in 1993. She started her career in Events at deSha’s in 1998.

Erin has a heart for hospitality, and strives to make sure every guest feels welcome. Known for her dedication and how hard she works to achieve goals, Erin tackles challenges with positive energy and solutions.

Erin is a wife and mother to two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and tending her garden.
